Jicable HVDC'21 Registration
1. In-person participation
a. All in-person registration fees include:
- Access to the conferences of the Symposium at Liege Congress Center from Tuesday, November 9th at 8:30 to Wednesday November 10th at 12:30 (closing session)
- One badge and Conference bag,
- Private code access to the website for consulting and downloading proceedings of the symposium and get contact with other attendees,
- Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail Dinner on Monday November 8th at 19:00,
- Coffee breaks and lunches on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th.
b. Options fees include:
- Replay option: private access to the streaming of the conferences (and tutorials subscripted if any) during 6 months.
- Tutorial option: access to one of the four tutorials proposed on Monday November 8th from 14:00 to 16:00 or from 16:30 to 18:30. Multiple registration possible. Replay is included for each tutorial purchased.
- Technical Visits option: participation to the guided tour at one of the proposed site, transportation from and back Liège Congress Center included.
- Gala dinner option: participation to Jicable HVDC’21 gala dinner (multiple registration possible for an accompanying person)

a. All virtual registration fees include a private link and code to access:
- The live of the conferences of the symposium from Tuesday November 9th at 8:30 to Wednesday November 10th at 12:30 (closing session),
- The website for consulting and downloading proceedings of the symposium and get contact with other attendees,
- The recorded streaming of the conferences (and subscribed tutorials if any) during 6 months.
b. Option fees include:
- Tutorial option: private code to live access of one of the four tutorials proposed on Monday November 8th from 14:00 to 16:00 or from 16:30 to 18:30. Multiple registrations possible.
